Corns on the feet can vary in shape & size. The most common type are found on the soles of the feet & the joints of the toes & are composed of a cone shaped plug of hard skin that buries itself into the foot, making it very uncomfortable to walk, it almost feels like you have a stone in your shoe & is painful if pressure is applied. Other types of corns can be soft & squishy, found in the moist area between the toes or seed corns which appear as a cluster of tiny seed-like corns on the soles of the feet.
